Is this home on the market? This may be your question.
Not too long ago I wrote a blog post "Sick Of Looking Around The Web For A Home". With that post I wanted to show how easy it could be to get the accurate information with the help of a Realtor. I took a couple of snap shots to illustrate how the MLS looks in your inbox. A home on the market that you are looking at on the market today, may be long gone, because the data on the big sites is not up to date.
I followed the link on twitter and I found the last one from Google Maps in regard to real estate. Probably Google was asking the same question in addition to the low usage of real estate on Google Maps.
Google dropped real estate listings from Google Map classifieds. On their blog they are mentioning mainly this is due to low usage. Accuracy could be the other reason. Agents are no longer able to upload their listings through Google Base and customers can't see homes for sales, rent, and foreclosed.
We can still see local businesses, directions and transit times through Google Maps and explore neighborhoods through Google Street View, that Google added.
Browse around the web if you like, and call the agent for the rest. Service and accuracy are the best reasons to call a licensed real estate salesperson.
